White, Stephen E. 75, of Sarasota, FL. and Duxbury, MA. February 18, 2014 surrounded by his loving family at MGH. Survived by his loving wife of 29 years, Rosalie W. White, his children, Jennifer A. N. White of Washington DC, Stephen E. White Jr and his wife Heidi of Franklin MA, and Kathleen M. Yesinko and her husband Jason of Marshfield MA, his grandchildren, Kyle and Brendan White and Patrick and Maeve Yesinko and many cousins. Born June 12, 1938 to Anna L White in Revere MA. Steve attended Immaculate Conception in Revere and went on to achieve a BA in Political Science from Boston University. Steve was with The Gillette Company for 32 years, beginning as a simple sales rep, holding various sales and management jobs in different parts of the country and finishing as a senior executive in charge of strategy for the PaperMate Division. His greatest loves were watching his grandchildren play sports, golfing, sailing, reading about history and politics, conducting classes at the senior education level and spending time with his extended family. Stephen will be missed dearly by all who loved him.
Visiting hours will be held at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean St., Rte. 139 in Marshfield on Monday, February 24, 2014 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm. Funeral from the funeral home on Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass in Holy Family Church, 601 Tremont St. in Duxbury at 11:30 a.m.
Interment will be held in Mayflower Cemetery.
