Grace M. (Marra) Petraglia passed away on February 14, 2014. She was 84 years old.
Born and raised in the West End of Boston, Grace was a longtime resident of Winthrop and Malden.
Grace was the devoted wife of 32 years to the late Ralph P. Petraglia. She was the beloved mother of Richard Petraglia and his wife Georgette of Malden, Ann Gilbert and her husband Larry of Malden and the late Ralph A. Petraglia and his late wife Dianne. Grace was the dear sister of Angelo Marra and his late wife Marie and the late Mary and Ralph Mele and David and Mary Marra. She was the cherished grandmother of Marisa Morello and her husband Scott, Jonelle Goncalves and her husband Alessandro and Brian Petraglia. Grace was the great-grandmother of Tyler Morello and Rylan Goncalves. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held from the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main Street, Malden on Wednesday, February 19th at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Joseph's Church, 173 Albion Street, Wakefield at 10:00 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours are Tuesday, February 18th from 4-9 p.m. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
