SALEM, NH – Robert H. Becotte, 80 of Salem, NH passed away Tuesday January 28, 2014 at Mary Immaculate Nursing and Restorative Center in Lawrence with his family by his side.
Born and educated in Lawrence, MA, he was the son of Rudolph and Eva (Bilodeau) Becotte. Robert served in the U.S. Army and was honorably discharged. For 34 years he was employed with AT&T formerly Western Electric in North Andover and was a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America.
Robert was an avid sports fan and enjoyed bowling in league in the local area.
He leaves his wife of 43 years, Gail F. (Belanger) Becotte of Salem, NH. Robert is survived by his children, Denise Back and her husband Robert of Quakertown, PA, Michael Becotte and his wife Wanda of Canton, GA, Monique Fritzinger of Hellertown, PA, Lisa Rae also of Pennsylvania, Allen Becotte and his wife Michelle of Methuen, MA.
Brothers, Roland and his wife Natalie of Merrimac, MA, Richard and his wife Monica of Ocala, FL, Chanel Becotte also of Merrimac, MA, Raymond and his wife Claire of Derry, NH and Donald and his wife Pamela of Windham, NH; sisters-in-law, Theresa Becotte of Methuen, MA, Lorraine Piccirillo also of Methuen and Joan Auger of Florida. Robert also leaves his brother-in-law John Belanger of New Port Richey, FL.
8 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Robert was predeceased by his three brothers, Marcel, Roger, and Maurice Becotte.

ARRANGMENTS; In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the American Parkinson’s Disease Association 72 E. Concord St. Boston MA 02118. Visiting hours for family and friends will be Friday from 4:00p.m. – 8:00p.m. at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, Inc., 233 Lawrence Street Methuen, MA 01844. Funeral Services will be Saturday at 10:30a.m. at the funeral home with a burial to take place at a later date at the families convenience.
