Mr. Ryan M. Medeiros-Tavares, of Taunton died unexpectedly Wednesday, September 11 in Morton Hospital, surrounded by his loving family and friends. He was born 23 years ago in Stoughton, the son of Ward F. Tavares and Carrie A. Medeiros of Taunton. He was educated in Taunton and had been a lifelong city resident. Ryan enjoyed spending time with his friends, playing basketball, computers and gaming, and sneakers.
In addition to his parents, of Taunton, he leaves: 1 daughter: Samantha Rose Medeiros of Taunton; 2 brothers: Ward “TJ” Tavares and Brayten Medeiros both of Taunton; 2 sisters: Lyndsie Aleixo and Tiffani Tavares both of Taunton; his paternal grandparents, Joseph S. and Diane L. (Borges) Tavares, Jr. of Taunton; his maternal grandparents, James and Maureen (Murphy) Medeiros of Taunton; 2 uncles: Joseph J. Tavares of Taunton and Jay Medeiros of Quincy; 2 aunts: Patricia Flanagan of Brockton, and Nicole Medeiros of Taunton, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Funeral Service will be held at The Riendeau-Mulvey Funeral Home, 467 Bay Street, on Wednesday, September 18 at 11:00 A.M. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visiting Hours will be held on Tuesday, from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M.
