Catherine J. Ross (Hafferty) a resident of Canton for over 50 years, died Tuesday, February 26, 2013, following a long illness. She was 90 years old.
Catherine was a former telephone operator and homemaker. She was a devoted parishioner of St. John the Evangelist Church in Canton for many years.
Devoted wife of the late George H. Ross. Loving mother of Kathleen E. Sheehan and her husband Thomas of Norwell, Michael W. Ross of Bellingham, and Timothy M. Ross and his wife Terri of Stoughton. Loving sister of the late William and Rita Hafferty. Proud grandmother of Jonathan and Matthew Sheehan.
Visiting hours Thursday from 4-7 PM in the Pushard Family Funeral Home 210 Sherman St., Canton. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday March 1, 2013 at 10:30 AM in St. John the Evangelist Church 700 Washington St., Canton. Interment Knollwood Memorial Park.
