New Bedford – Kailynn Bookman, age 18, died unexpectedly on Tuesday December 4, in New Bedford. Kailynn is survived by her parents Jamie Bookman and Jason Waltington both of New Bedford, Stepfather; Troy Brown of New Bedford, her siblings; Mystique Bookman, Yacelle Bookman, Aaron Bookman and Jason Waltington Jr. all of New Bedford; Grandmother Natalie Bookman of New Bedford; Great Grandmothers Marie D. Vieira and Carrie Waltington both of new Bedford and uncle Kyle Lugo of New Bedford. She is survived by several additional aunts, and uncles.
Ms. Bookman was born in New Bedford and lived in this area all her life. She enjoyed singing and loved her sneakers. Kailynn will be missed by her family and friends who knew her best.
Kailynn’s memorial service with her cremains present will be Thursday at 6 P.M. at the International Church of the Nazarene. Family and friends are invited. Arrangements were by the Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth St in New Bedford
