Arlie Blake Jones, infant daughter of Daniel Blake and Anna Valaer Jones of Tifton, Georgia, died Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at her home.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, December 1, 2012, at 10:30 A. M. at the Paulk Funeral Home Chapel in Fitzgerald with the Rev. Steve Hand officiating.
In her thirteen days of life, she blessed many people. She brought joy to all who knew her.

The world may never notice if a snowdrop doesn’t bloom or even pause to wonder if the petals fall too soon. But every life that ever forms or ever comes to be touches the world in some small way for all eternity. The little one we longed for was swiftly here and gone, but the love that was then planted is a light that still shines on. And though our arms are empty, our hearts know what to do. For every beating of our hearts says that we love you.
She is survived by her parents, Daniel Blake and Anna Valaer Haffey Jones; a brother: Farris McFee Jones, all of Tifton; grandparents: Michael & Mary Pat Haffey of Stone Mountain, Georgia, Janie & Jimmy Grubbs, Roy Jones, and Lisa Jones, all of Fitzgerald; great-grandmothers: Sandy Farris and Ann Jones both of Fitzgerald.
