Floyd A. Teague age 75 a lifelong resident of Canton passed away September 28th at the Golden Living Center in Norwood. Born and raised in Canton, he was the son of the late Floyd and Louise Teague. He graduated from Canton High School and was a Veteran of the United States Navy. He was the former owner of Bolivar Tire in Canton and was a supporter of the American Legion Post #24 in Canton and a member of the Norwood Senior Bowling League. He will be missed by his loving companion of many years Joanne Dolan of Norwood. Beloved father of Teresa Kincade & her husband Robert of Canton, Floyd Teague III of Raynham, Cheryl Davey & her husband Paul of Plymouth, Donna Guertin & her husband Lee of Sutton & Matthew Teague & his wife Paula of AZ. Brother of Anne Doody of Canton, Elaine Ares of Foxboro, & Joseph Teague & his wife Florence of S.C. Grandfather of Hillary, Wayne, Kristina, Sean, Merideth, Katlyn, Devin, Riley, Peter and Nathan. Also survived by his former wife June (O’Brien) Teague of NY. Relatives and friends invited to attend a funeral service at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home 455 Washington St. Canton Tuesday morning at 11:30. Visiting hours Monday 4-8 pm.
