Obituary

On September 3, 2012 Suzanne Donovan age 45, and Fina Impagliazzo age 6, were tragic victims of a fire at their home in Uxbridge. They had recently moved back to Massachusetts 3 years ago, formerly resided in Naples, Florida. Suzanne was a very devoted mother to her beautiful daughter Fina. The two of them were inseparable.

~Fina was a loving beautiful 6 year old girl. She was intelligent and could get along so well with other children and adults. She was so excited to be in school and was enjoyed by her teachers and classmates. Most of all Fina loved her mom and shared the same love of family, animals, outdoors, art and exploring. They were like two peas in a pod.

Suzanne was an Equestrian. Her favorite horse was Fletcher. She first learned to ride horses at Bobbin Hollow, Amherst, MA. She had a passion for all animals which is why she opened, Donovan Rescue, Pauling New York. Her Jack Russell terrier, Wishy was a beloved dog of Fina and Suzanne.

Suzanne studied at the American College of Fashion Design of London, England and California. She was a fashion model for the Ford Agency, New York City, NY. This made her a pioneer of large woman’s fashion. She was featured in and on the cover of BBW magazine on multiple occasions.

Suzanne loved to travel the world; Spain and England were her favorites. Her father and brother Timmy influenced her love of art and photography.
