David Brainard Gurney of Holbrook, passed away on Sunday August 26 at the age of 83. Beloved husband of 58 years to recently deceased, Barbara L. Gurney, loving father of Diane Pratt and her husband Rick of Richland, WA, Sarah Garcia and her husband Ed of Holbrook and David B. Gurney, Jr. and his wife Jean of Whitman. Caring grandfather of Nathan, Brad and Stephen Pratt, Jennie and Dan Garcia, William and Valerie Gurney. Dear brother of deceased sister, Mary Stephenson of Portland, OR and cherished uncle of 4 nieces and a nephew.
Private services were held in the Blanchard Funeral Chapel in Whitman at the family’s request.
