Lois Estabrook Bradford passed away July 12, 2012 at Mystic Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Mystic, CT.
Lois was born February 3, 1928 to Harold M. and Marie S. Estabrook of Arlington, MA. Upon graduation from Arlington High School in 1946, Lois pursued a business education and was employed by the Harvard Business School.
She met her late husband, Ralph Bradford, in 1948 and they married in Arlington on January 20, 1950. During their 58 years of marriage, Lois lived on both East and West coasts. She was the proud parent of five children.
Lois is survived by a sister, Priscilla Chamberlain of Branford, CT and a brother, Harold Estabrook, of Bridgewater MA, as well as two daughters, Susan Roberts of Philadelphia PA and Priscilla Hammond of Annetta, TX. Her sons include James Bradford of Brooklyn, NY, William Bradford of Westerly RI and Donald Bradford of Winchester MA.
She will be greatly missed by her grandchildren; Lee Roberts and Katherine Roberts of Philadelphia, Maya Bradford and Phoebe Bradford of Brooklyn, NY and Jocelyn Bradford of Winchester MA.
A Graveside Service will be conducted at Elm Grove Cemetery, Rte. 27, Mystic on Tuesday at 11am, followed by a Memorial Service at Union Baptist Church, Mystic at 12noon.
