Loving grandmother of Michelle R. Loxton and her husband Will, and James A. Thomas Jr. all of CT., David W. McDonald Jr. of Randolph and Gary A. McDonald of Boston. Great-grandmother of Caitlin C. Loxton and Olivia B. Loxton. Rita is survived by her twin sister Alice J. Flynn of Assonet. She was predeceased by her other siblings Mary Cray, Anna Akerman, Florence Akerman, Henry Akerman, Alfred Akerman, and Helen Tierney.
