Obituary


Davidson Fredrick W. “Freddie”, 75, of Plymouth (Manomet) at home March 20. Beloved husband of the late Dorothy (Bumpus) Davidson, he leaves his sons Duane of Falmouth, Steven of Plymouth Scott of Providence, RI, and Michael of Plymouth. He also leaves his sisters Linda Lavorsi of ME, Gloria McAuliffe of Kingston, Jean Lee of Brockton and Sally Tellier of Masphee, 10 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Freddie was born in Brockton the son of Millard and Evelyn (Taylor) Davidson. Freddie left school and, he enlisted the U.S. Marine Corps and served during the Korean War. He went back to school after the war and graduated from Duxbury High School in 1959. Freddie was a cab driver for Plymouth Central Taxi and was an avid sports fan. He loved spending time with his family.
Visiting hours will be held at the Richard Davis Funeral Home 619 State Rd. (Rte 3A) Plymouth (Manomet) Friday March 23 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. A graveside service will be held at the Ashdod Cemetery Keene St. Duxbury, MA Saturday March 24 at 10:00 AM.
