Gordon W. Sickoll, 88, of Brockton passed away on March 18th, after a period of failing health. He was the beloved husband of Loretta (Bell) Sickoll.
He was born and raised in Hanover, son of the late Frank and Charlotte (West) Sickoll.
Gordon was a resident of Brockton for many years. He worked for Anderson Insulation Company in Abington as an installer for over 30 years.
He was an avid sports fan of the Red Sox and the Patriots.
In addition to his wife Loretta, he is survived by his children Richard Sickoll and his wife Catherine, Paul Sickoll, Cheryl Mahoney and her husband Stephen all of Brockton and Loretta Johnson and her husband Dana of Bridgewater. He was also the father of the late Arlene Brennan and brother of the late Harold W. , Frederick H., Russell, Edward and Francis Sickoll and Irene Kossowski; also grandfather of seven and great grandfather of 8, many nieces and nephews.
His services will be held on Friday March 23rd at 12:00 PM in the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, (RT 58 at the rotary circle) Whitman, MA. Burial will follow in the Fern Hill Cemetery Hanson, MA. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 5:00-8:00 PM.
