Melbourne, FL - Michael Gary Lamon, age 45, a former resident of Tewksbury, died unexpectedly while on vacation in Port St. Lucie, Fl, on November 1. He was the husband of Ann Marie (Federico) Lamon.
He was born in Lowell, September 22, 1966, a son of Marilyn A. Daley, who survives him, and the late W. Gary Lamon. He was raised in Tewksbury, and graduated from Tewksbury Memorial High School with the Class of 1984.
He was working as a truck driver for the T.J. Frye Company's Brockton terminal, traveling the East Coast from Massachusetts to Florida at the time of his death, and was a member of AFL-CIO Teamster's Boston Local 25.
Besides his wife he is survived by a daughter Devyn Lamon; a step-son, Ryan Saraiva; a brother, David Lamon of Melbourne, FL, a brother Wilfred "Bill" Lamon and his wife Maryanne (Saunders), a sister, Erin McGill and her husband David; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A Memorial Prayer Service was held on Saturday, November 12, in the funeral home, followed by interment in Tewksbury Cemetery. Memorials to the American Heart Association, 20 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701, will be appreciated.
