Dear Jane and Family I am so sorry to hear of Ray's passing and extend my sincere condolences during this difficult time. I am sure that Ray will be greatly missed by all because I am sure that he was a dedicated husband, and terrific parent to his entire family. I know that he was a highly professional and talented pharmacist with a remarkable reputation-trusted by his customers and praised by community physicians. I learned a lot about community relations, customer service, integrity in business and the importance of a good sense of humor as a clerk in his drug store while in high school. This served me well during a rewarding career in hospital administration. I am proud to have had his influence during my early years.
