To the family of Phil, I had the good fortune to work with Phil for four years before he retired. In fact, Phil was my mentor in the BCI Unit (now known as Forensic Services Section). Three things stick out in my memory about Phil; a.) he was one of the hardest workers I ever had the pleasure to work with, b.) he was always in a good mood (even while working the least pleasant crime scenes), c.) everyone liked him. There was not a single person in our department that ever had a bad word about Phil - he truly was loved by all. God Bless Lt. David Grady

Dearest Phil and his family, We are so truly sorry for the loss of Phil your Dad. He was so kind and gentle of a man. He will always be remembered with lots of fond memories. Heaven is definitely part of his home now with Shirley. Give her lots of hugs from us! We miss her much and we will miss you as well! Wishing we could be with you all at this time.
