We are so saddened to hear of Arthur’s passing. We lived across the street from him in Franklin. As a new couple expecting our first child he welcomed us with open arms to the neighborhood. We developed a wonderful friendship over the years and he made a huge impression on our three sons. We will always carry wonderful memories of what an amazing man he was.

To Arthur's family, I was so saddened to hear about Arthur. I now live in Franklin and saw the notice yesterday in the local newspaper. I was a classmate of Walter's from East Arlington and graduated with him from AHS in 1964. I always remembered his sweet smile and kind manner. He is in my thoughts and prayers. Doris Duggan
