To Ethel's Family--I am very sorry to hear of Ethel's passing. Ethel was a very kind and soft-spoken person, and we enjoyed her company at the Council On Aging. We have missed her presence here over the past few months. Please be comforted in knowing that Ethel was well loved by all who knew her, and that she did brighten our days with her wit and song.
