Dear Nancy and family - so sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. I have very fond memories of her throughout our years in school together. She was an inspiration to me in terms of public service and was really instrumental in helping me decide what to study (public administration) and my work in the student loan industry. Do you remember her getting me involved in the Plan E Civic Association and the Citizen's Budget Review Committee for the City of Medford? Above all I remember how much fun she was and how much she welcomed me into her home. Fondly, George

Marilyn, Sixty years of love, teenage fun, family ties, secrets, middle age joys and worries, and old age resolves. To name a few: your 16th birthday gold ID bracelet disappearing at water's edge at Marshfield only to be recovered 30 years later; the Traincroft house Marilyn & Nancy basement party room where all occasion fun times were held; the Mike Cantino State Rep. voting sites where donuts and cocoa kept us passing out flyers; meeting and falling in love with Gino; the arrivals one-by-one of six miracles of love. Your energy level surpassed mine a hundred times. Overseas I flaunted my best friend's position as Mayor of our birth city. Marilyn, because you have brought Andrea into my life, August in Humarock will be easier even though you have gone home.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Marilyn"s family, and friends. We knew her very well having lived in Medford for 38 years and recently moving to Pelham N.H. last year. She was well re- spected by the Medford Comunity, and was very supportive when we lost our son Michael in a drunk-driving crash in 1981. Geoffrey & Marian Stokes Pelham New Hampshire
