Dear family Mercer, I am saddened by the passing of Joanne Mercer, and sending you my deepest sympathy. Joanne use to work with me at the Harvard Faculty Club and we kept in touch several years after her retirement. She was such a kind and loving person. My prayers and thoughts are with the family.
