Dear Teta Family, There are no words to help us heal from the loss of such a wonderful and dynamic person. He was filled with such zest for life and a "ride". It didn't matter where or even when, if there was a reason to be on his bike, that was enough. If there is a Parade Unit in heaven, Joe will be on it.
