To Joe's Family, Joe was my neighbor here at the Anchorage and I shall remember him and his many kindnesses fondly. I hope you are finding solace in your own memories of him.

My Father, Larry Campbell, was also a neighbor and friend of Joe's. Joe would bring my Father's newspaper up to him each day and my Dad would share his Meals-On-Wheels and any books he had read with Joe. My Father is 95 years old and unable to attend Joe's services but has sent flowers. He was quite upset when he heard of Joe's passing. Our family got to meet Joe in September when we had a small party at the Anchorage for my Dad's 95th birthday. Joe and my Dad enjoyed a feast of Mussels and it was so nice to be able to meet Joe. You are all in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
