Dear Elaine, Although many years have passed since my sister Patricia and I lived on Bond St one floor above you and your sisters, the years can never erase the sense of connectedness that we feel. Therefore, we are sending our prayers, our condolences during this time of deep sorrow. Patricia and I hope that your memories with Jim and David will bring you some degree of comfort along with the knowledge that you now have two of the brightest stars in heaven watching over you and your family. Elaine and family, I was sorry to hear of Jim's passing this week. Jim, I, and Cracker Jack spent many morning hours sharing coffee and talking about the times. Over the last year, I know he needed his space to deal with his end of life and my prayers were always with him, you, and the family. Well, Cracker Jack did pass along on April 13th, and I know that when Jim passed on himself, Cracker was there waiting for his handful of dog bones that Jim always had waiting for him. Jill and I look forward to seeing you again sometime. With Love.
