To the entire Fratto family... I am beyond sad to read about Dick's passing...ONE of the sweetest, nicest, kindness man I was blessed to know while working at Tufts University Safety Department.. I cannot express how much Dick was loved and the respect he sooooo deserves from so many people at Tufts... My memories of him with that beautiful smile will always be instilled in my mind..
