Dear Janette, Adam and Dan, I am writing this message with a heavy heart. The news of Sam's passing has touched our whole family. Our family has so many fond memories of our travels with you and Sam. He had such a great personality, we all loved joking around with him. He worked so hard, but always gave his time and energy to his family and the hockey program. In this time of sadness, I can still see his smile when one of the boys performed well on the ice and when we were joking together in the stands. Please accept our sincere condolences for his passing. Sam was a great guy and will be missed by all that knew him.
