My condolences go out to you Mary Lou and Charmie. I had the great honor and pleasure of having Snooky as my friend , confidant and mentor for many years . I remember meeting with him in your offices many times and getting great advice from him and especially having great laughs with the two of you. I really looked up to him and always aspired to be the great leader, entrepreneur and generally great person that he was. In my younger days I always enjoyed coming in the store and joking around with him and getting the latest and most fashionable merchandise at Stubbs. I was able to sit and talk with him for about an hour in September in his office and it was a pleasure. He will always be remembered and fondly loved by me. The news of Snooky's death recently reached me here in Georgia. I am greatly saddened, yet find it hard to think of Snooky without getting a smile on my face. What a great gentleman and friend! His many contributions to the Ole Miss risk and insurance program were substantial and greatly appreciated by those of us at the university. My deepest condolences go out to Mary Lou, Charmie, Bin and all the extended Williams family. What a wonderful man and family!
