To Ann and all of Lou's loved ones, My heart is so heavy with grief. I worked with Lou for over two years, but we felt like life long friends. We had so many things in common, including cancer. Lou was kind, compassionate, funny, intelligent, honest and generous. His positive spirit was such a big part of his personality and remained with him throughout his illness. He made everyone around him feel so special. I will always consider myself so blessed to have known this incredible man. Karen A. Rudd Bridgewater Housing Authority
