Richard will be sorely missed. His smile is infectious and truly was what Richard was all about. You could tell at a glance, that he loved life and all of the people who surrounded him. It was truly a pleasure knowing and working with Rich over the years. Sincerely, Joe Burchfield, Raytheon.

Rich will be missed by so many. We will always save him a seat during Happy Hour in the Virgin Islands... "Cheers" to Rich! We are thinking of you all during this difficult time.

I was incredibly sad to hear about Richie. My thoughts and Prayers are with Elaine, Ray, Heather and the rest of the Charbonnier Family. Richie and I have been Friends since "Mission Grammar School" on "the Hill". I have a Lifetime of great memories of Richie that I will treasure and keep in my Heart forever. Although I haven't lived in Massachusetts for over 50 Years, We always managed to keep in touch. When I would go "Home" to visit My Family, We would find the time to get together with our Mission Hill Friends and talk about "The Glory Days". At times, through the years, He would be in Florida on business and We would find a way to spend some time. Richie had a kind Soul and a Big Heart behind that "Tough Guy" exterior. Richie, It has been an honor for Me to call You My friend, You are My hero, I will miss You. Good-by for now, My Friend, until we meet again. May God Bless You Always, With Love, Bob
