Michele will be missed by so many friends and colleagues at VNA Care Network. She and I both started at the VNA around the same time in 1995. She was one of those outstanding nurses who would go anywhere a nurse was needed and do anything that was asked, then come back to the office with a story and a smile. There were patients who ONLY wanted Michele as their nurse; as a liaison in the hospital when discharge would be discussed patients would ask for her by name. Michele had a gift for adapting her style to the situation, which is probably why it was so easy to quickly feel at ease around her. With gratitude for all the care she gave to so many, and caring thoughts to her family and loved ones.
