Even though I only knew Mr Russell from working with his dear wife Ellen, I felt his influence. He was always reading about things and sharing his love for learning. I am sure their time together was precious and that is indeed an inspiration and a wonderful memorial. We will pray that Christ will guard and keep you Ellen. I had the pleasure to work with Frank for over ten years at the Election Deparment. Frank was an amazing person and always brought laughter on election days. Unfortunately I could not make the services due to being out of state. My condolences and prayers are with Frank's family.
