Watertown, Mass,
Nicole, Jason, Alexa, James, Maddison and all Eric's family. Such a sad shock . We go back so long ago, even before the wedding. We had so many good times together. He was more than just family , he was also a friend. I will miss seeing him at the house and at functions. He had a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone. He was taken too soon. I hope he rests in peace. Love, Kim, Shaina, and Kayla

My love to you all for the sadness this brings to your family. Eric always had a smile for me and made me laugh. Truly a tragedy.

We are so very sorry to hear of Eric's passing. He was such a good guy, who would always help a friend if he could. I remember one time after we had bought our house and my husband had surgery. We were sitting in the living room and we heard a lawnmower. I looked out in the backyard and there was Eric, mowing our lawn after a long days work. That's the kind of guy he was...so many good memories...We will miss him. Leo, Kristen & Brian Sweeney

I will always remember how kind Eric was to my Aunt Evelyn even when she was mad at him. He always had a smile ready for everyone. We had a great time down in N.S. He was always there for his kids. He will be missed by all.

DEDHAM, MA,
It breaks my heart to see Eric's name here! It just shouldn't be! I'm still in shock! Eric was one of the most loving and caring people I know. His children adored him and they were his world! Little did I know on Monday when I received a text from Eric wishing me a happy birthday that he was in an ER in such pain but thinking of others! That was Eric. We may have been divorced but we were best of friends! Laughing so much when he'd come and stay yelling to Johnny that he loved him! Johnny trying hard not to laugh! We'd laugh even harder going to Star Market with Eric holding the cart on the side while Johnny pushed. The kids obviously refused to come but shared many laughs at home. Eric you will be missed, watch over us! Especially the kids. Love you
