Nancy and I were so saddened to hear of Mr. Lydon's passing. He was one of the great influences in my life; the picture of calm and soft-spoken grace, wry sense of humor, and unbelievable work ethic. He and Mrs. Lydon created a warm and welcoming atmosphere in their home for all of us children, where there was always room for more. The patience, interest, and love they showered on us all helped form our young personalities. Although he will be greatly missed, we can take comfort in knowing that his soul has gone on to his richly deserved reward in Heaven. With our sincerest condolences, Nancy and Paul Rufo
