My Heartfelt Condolences goes out to Jennifer and the Whole Cugini Family. It seems like yesterday that I was standing in front of the Levinson Tower at Mission Park talking to Phyllis discussing family, old friends that have gone on to glory and commemorating the good ole days of yesteryear in the Mission Park Development (when it was brand new in the late 70's early 80's). We were all so young and vibrant for the most part back then, with the SUN shining on our face, the Wind at our back and the WORLD full of hope and promise ahead of us (with all its faults,life was truly grand). Time is so short & fleeting (always something that was left undone or unsaid). The thing that makes it worth while however are the PEOPLE that come into your life. Phyllis was a good, good friend of the Mechaud's (Barbara & Joe)who'd befriended my wife Bernice & I in 78 (we were children of the south). So we ALL became friends. We spent Holidays together regularly (as well our struggles). Jennifer and the Mechaud children were besties, so we watched them grow up to become fine young adults. Oh, how it hurts to lose your parent (I lost my mother a couple of years back as well my mother in-law just last year around this time). Phyllis was always warm & kind to us, and we looked upon her with much favor also. JENNIFER, be strong in your Faith. Adam hold on to your Eve. We'll Understand It Better "By In By"...They'll be hard times, but our parents have prepared us as best they could and now its our turn to show "strength of faith" to the youngsters that we are charge with. Phyllis was a wonderful person. I loved living in the unit on top of her in Mission Park back in the 70's and 80's. We shared wonderful conversations. Always there for her kids. I missed being around her when I moved to West Roxbury. The Dance Family
