Lorraine-- My deepest sympathies to you and your family during this difficult time. My mother (Brenda Blanchette) and I were just talking about Madeleine, only to hear news of her passing a few days later. God works in strange ways. I am so sorry that I am unable to pay my respects in person--I know that my grandmother (Flo) truly valued her friendship, and she will be missed by all. You will remain in my thoughts and prayers. Love, Kasie

Dear Normand and Angie, David and Catherine, Gilbert and Theresa, Lorraine and Eugene, Marie and Marc, Victoria and Jeff and extended family, I'm sure that you must realize how deeply attached I was to your mother and am always to all of you. To me, Madeleine was first of all a family woman, her family meant everything to her. How proud she was to brag about each one of you in her phone calls. Fern had always been her great love. Secondly, your mother was a woman of faith with an intense prayer life. The sacraments meant so much to her. I cannot attend the wake nor the funeral but my heart will be with you. Lovingly, Aunt Florence Marineau
