Newport, RI - Dean T. Prosser, 90, of Tiverton, RI, passed away Monday, September 24, 2007 at Newport Hospital. He was husband of Gloria P. (Prieto) Prosser and the late Harriot (McSween) Prosser.
Mr. Prosser was born in Cheyenne, WY, son of the late Dean T. Prosser, Sr. and Dorothy (Riner) Prosser. He was a graduate of the University of Colorado in Boulder. Prior to retirement he was a self employed cattle rancher and also served on the Wyoming Legislature House of Representatives for 12 years. He was also the former executive vice president of the Wyoming Stockgrowers Association for 25 years.
Including his wife, he is survived by 2 sons: Alden Prosser of Wheatland, WY and Edward Prosser of Cheyenne, WY; 2 daughters: Ann Palen of Saratoga, WY and Gigi Harvey of London, England; 9 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.
