RUTLAND-Jamie Lee M. Cruz, 18, of Rutland died unexpectedly on Saturday, November 5th, 2011. She leaves her parents, Juan R. Cruz and Cyndi L. (Morey) Swenson of Rutland; five brothers, Bill Swenson of Somerville, Israel Gonzalez of Lowell, Juan Cruz of North Carolina, Edgar Cruz and Joshua Cruz, both of Worcester; a sister, Ashlee A. Cruz of Rutland; her maternal grandmother, Yoshie S. Morey of Milford, her maternal grandfather, Kenneth A. Morey of Nashua, NH; her paternal grandmother, Aurelia Perez of Worcester and many friends.
Miss Cruz was born in Worcester and graduated in 2011 from Wachusett Regional High School. She was majoring in education at Southern New Hampshire University. Jamie Lee worked at Wong’s Dynasty in Holden as a hostess. She had a wonderful smile and was always happy and will be missed greatly by her family and friends.
Calling hours are Wednesday, November 9th from 4:00 until 8:00 PM in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue, Worcester. A service will be held during the calling hours.
