Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Hart family at this difficult time. Your Mom was a wonderful Mother, Nana, role model and inspiration to us all. She will be greatly missed.

When I was little I remember always sitting and talking with her, she would call me aside and tell me what everyone in the family was doing, (or what they were up too, lol) she always made me laugh.
