Joanne R. Palermo, of Stoneham formerly of Chelsea, passed away on Sunday January 16, 2011 at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. She was 72 years old.
Born in Chelsea, Joanne was the daughter of the late Paul J. Palermo and Grace (Barbera) Palermo. She was a loving daughter, sister, aunt and friend. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Joanne was the devoted sister of Connie Rosa and her husband Edward, Paul J. Palermo Jr. and his wife Phyllis all of Stoneham. She was the loving aunt of Susan and Michael Rosa, Nicholas and Kristen Palermo.
Family and friends are kindly invited to attend a Funeral Service Celebrating Joanne’s Life in the Chapel of the Barile Family Funeral Home 482 Main St.(RT28) STONEHAM Thursday at 11am. Visiting Hours will be held one hour prior to the service from 10am-11am.
