Terry and I want to express our sincere condolences, and will keep Frances in our prayers. Through the years, even though we moved out of state, and with the process of raising our children, we sort of lost touch, but she was always on our minds. We thought of her often, and Janice kept us updated on her. She will be dearly missed by all. Again we will keep her in our prayers.

We were friends/neighbors of Fran for more than 50 years and of course remember Stephen. Our condolences to all the Carrolls, Denny, Susan and Jackie - she was a beautiful woman with amazingly blue eyes. We will miss seeing her about the yard this time of year especially inspecting the crocus. God Bless and rest in peace Fran now, with Steve.
