To Mr. Paglia's Family, I grew up playing hockey in Wilmington and Mr. Paglia was a fixture around the Ristuccia Rink. As young children, Kenny's strict discipline around the rink to ensure that all was in order intimidated us, but over the past few years, I returned to the rink as a coach where I got to learn a whole new side to Kenny. He still kept discipline as I remembered as a kid, but this time I was on the other end of it! I was fortunate enough to have the chance to sit and talk with him on several occasions over a cup of coffee before an early morning game or at the tail end of a night as he was ready to close up. I just want to say that I got to see a very different side of Kenny these past few years, much different than through the eyes of a young kid. My goal was to get a smile out of him every day I came to the rink, and he certainly got them out of me with his great sense of humor! He will be greatly missed by the Wilmington hockey community and by all of the young players like me he kept in line! Best wishes and condolences to Kenny and his family. -Mike McMahon
