To the Harding Family.....I met Chuck when I attended Northeastern University and a member of the famous GPK Fraternity. What an inspiration he was to me as I went on to become a LEO in South Florida and now a Police Chief for the City of Wilton Manors (just north of Ft. Lauderdale). Chuck was great man and an outstanding Brother. A true role model and mentor. I was very sad to hear that he had passed. It gave me some piece to be there today He was incredibly kind and help me and so many other GPK brothers, especially when they needed it most. AGAPE Chuck and truely thank you, I am a better person for having known you.
