Dear Irene, In addition to the good things that I have already said to you about Tom, I thought I would like to add a few more great attributes of his. Certainly Tom was an intellectual, able to articulate his thoughts very quickly verbally and in writing. I always enjoyed reading his correspondence to Letters to the Editor.
