Dear Family. Lydia was a friend to all. She was always willing to help in every way possible. We all will miss her in the Lower Falls taking her walks and stopping to talk. No words can express the sorrow I feel at her passing. I am sure God is happy to have her home. Her work is completed and she left her footprint on all who were blessed to know her. May she rest in Peace. Lena Toli

My deepest sympathies go out to Lydia's family. Lydia was a student in my Brandeis Leadership class in the Fall of 2005 and I could tell from her dedication to learn that when she became a Brandeis Instructor she was going to be great for her students. A very intelligent woman who was very thoughtful in her work with all her colleagues. We will all miss her and may she rest in peace. Phil Holberton

We worked together in Rabb school for several years, and it was always a great pleasure to meet Lidia at the meetings, and to be greeted by her nice and cheerful smile. My sincere condolences to Lidia's family and friends. With Deepest Sympathy, Michael Partensky Instructor, Rabb School of Continuous Studies.

Shocked and saddened to hear this news. I had taken Project Management class where she was the instructor and was impressed by her knowledge and passion to teach. May God rest her soul in peace and her family the strength to bear this loss.

My heartfelt condolences to Lydia's family at this time. I was lucky enough to have Lydia as my instructor for two courses at Brandeis as well as my advisor for my final Capstone project. Her patience, advice and calm personality were such a huge help in my work. She always talked so glowingly about her nieces and nephews whenever we met and I know she will be missed by all. Thanks for everything you did to make me better Lydia.
