OBITUARY

Fitchburg

GeorgeA. Marshall Jr. 92, of Marshall Farm died suddenly Thursday,
September 23 at Health Alliance Leominster Hospital.
George was born in Fitchburg, February 26, 1918, the son of George A. and
Mary Belle (Coburn) Marshall and lived his life in the family home which
was built in 1780 and was home to generations of the Marshall family.
George graduated from Fitchburg High School, Worcester Academy and
Cornell University.He was a professional fruit grower devoting his life to
producing various types of apples including the Marshall Mac. He was also
a widely known professional dog trainer and one of the first members of
the National Association of Dog Obedience Instructors.
George leaves his wife of 68 years, Marion J. (Renne) Marshall, his
daughters and sons-law Jacquelyn "Jackie" Pascucci and her husband
Robert of Wellesley, Pamela Marshall and her husband Donald Fiandaca of
Sterling. He also leaves his grandchildren, Meredith Colello of Sterling,
Kara Pascucci of Marathon, Fl., Kristen Self of Springfield, Va. Christopher
Pascucci of Bellingham, Wa., Robert Marshall of Fitchburg and eight great
grandchildren. George was predeceased by his son George A. Marshall lll,
his brother Alfred Marshall and his sister Marietta "Molly" Dudis. George
was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He devoted his life to his
family.
All services will be private. Bosk Funeral Home 85 Blossom St. is assisting
the family.
