CROWDER,
William “Bill” Howard, 86, passed away Sunday, June 10, 2018.
Born in Louisville, he retired as a foreman from Alcan Aluminum and was a Marine Corps Korean War Veteran.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce C. Crowder; parents; brothers, Hayward and Tony Crowder; and sister, Thelma M. Kirk.
He is survived by his daughters, Kathryn J. Crowder and Cynthia G. Hoskins (Lonnie); grandchildren, Brian W. Hoskins (Meghan) and Abigail M. Vincent (Dustin); great-grandchildren, Emma Catherine, Savannah Joyce, and Isaac Keith; brothers, Leon Crowder (Glenda) and Leonard Crowder; and sisters, Ella Mae Pruitt and Beverly L. Cooper.
His funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at Owen Funeral Home.
