Lori Ann (Woerner) Blake, 53, passed away June 1, 2018.
She was a retired school bus driver for Jefferson County Public School.
Lori is survived by her husband of 24 years Freddy Blake, parents Brenda and George Woerner and sister Kim Woerner.
Funeral service will be Tuesday at 10 A.M. at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Hayesville Cemetery.
Visitation will be Monday 2 P.M. until 8 P.M. at the funeral home
