Marvin E. Lawson, 91, passed away April 6,2018.
He retired from Kitchen Compact, and was a volunteer for the original P.R.P. fire Department, an avid member of the Southwest Y.M.C.A.
Marvin was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years Rosella M. (Casey) Lawson; one sister Elinor Lawson, step-sister Beverly.
He is survived by his children David Lawson (Sally), Marilyn Yates (Scott), Janet Dolson, Tony Lawson (Dawn), Marsha Thompson and Julia Kinley; 10 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be Tuesday at 11 A.M. at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in St. Andrews Cemetery.
Visitation will be Monday at 2 P.M. until 8 P.M. at the funeral home.
