Charles W. “Buddy” Lotze, 73, formerly of Louisville, passed away in Ft Meyers, Fla. He retired from Ford Motor Company; was a Vietnam veteran; and a former member of Southeast Christian Church.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Carol Ann (Lampton) Lotze; his son, Scotty Lotze; parents, Mary Catherine and Fred Lotze; brother-in-law, Donnie Cook.
He is survived by his son, Michael D. Lotze (Julie); brother, Joe Lotze (Susan);sister, Theresa Cook; mother-in-law, Oressa Lampton; brother-in law, Terry Lampton (Amy); nephews, Steve and Todd Cook and Josh Lampton.
His funeral will be 10 am Friday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with burial at Louisville Memorial Gardens, West.
Visitation will be 2 pm to 8 pm on Thursday.
