Gina, It meant so much to us that Chris and you were our "best women" for our wedding at Race Point/Herring Cove. You both have hearts way bigger than Texas! Your generosity of spirit is apparent in all of your relationships. We love you dearly. Anything you need - just say the word. God is with you both. Love, Diane & Sue

We send our love to Gina and the families. We were fortunate to have been friends with Chris. She was a woman who had great courage and she always had a poitive attitude. I learned a lot from her. We will always remember the good times shared at the cape especially fishing along Race Point. She will be greatly missed when we return to our cottage in April and she is not there.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Chris and I were classmates in High School. We were part of a very small class and losing a classmate is like losing a member of the family.

Grand Rapids, MI,
Gina, How is it even possible to put words to this? You and Chris were the sunshine and joy in my life when I lived in Boylston. Whether it was lobsters at Barber's Crossing, mudslides at my house, fishing on the pond, or hanging out at your place, there was always so much laughter and love. Remember the tail feathers and the candle? Somehow the 3 of us talked on the phone for hours, Chris always saying "tell her about ..." You and Chris kick-started my glass business, pushing me because you believed in me. You have no idea how much that changed my life for the better. The two of you have put some of the happiest memories in my memory box, a treasure beyond understanding. When Diane and I decided to get married in MA, we knew that you and Chris being there would make it perfect. I wish Diane and I could be there for the celebration of Chris' life, but know that we will be thinking of you and smiling. And I know Chris will be there, too, with that mischievous grin and the twinkle in her eye, and having lots to say about the proceedings. You two were really blessed in each other. Thank you for sharing your love and friendship. Sue

To Gina and her family, I'm so sorry for your loss. Chris made such a difference in so many lives and she did it with love, determination, courage and a smile that touched your soul. She lived life with style and when something wasn't right she would do something about it. Most people go through life without notice, but everybody noticed Chris. Her life should not be remembered with tears, but with smiles and hugs. Chris I hope when it's my time to go you'll ease the way for me upstairs with the person in charge, only you could charm the Saints. Sleep sweetly Darlin

Gina, I am so sorry to learn that Chris has passed away. I know that you have taken great care of her during her illness. Chris was always one of the first people to hail me from afar, followed by a big hug, up at Starfish cottages as I arrived for the summer as a blow-in to Wellfleet. I shall always remember her warm and friendly welcome whenever we met and how she would share the latest catch with all on many an occasion after a day's fishing. I loved her friendly conversation and kindness around your pool on warm summer days and shall miss that very much. I shall remember her with great affection.
